Position Overview
Job Description - Lead the conceptualization, design, and iteration of game mechanics, systems, and levels for incubation projects.
- Develop compelling gameplay loops, player progression models, and core interaction patterns.
- Create design documentation (GDDs, feature specs, wireframes) to communicate design intent.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement and refine gameplay features.
- Run and evaluate playtests to gather user feedback and continuously improve prototypes.
- Maintain a backlog of viable game concepts and contribute to ideation pipelines.
- Support game pitches and internal evaluations by presenting design thinking and rationale.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (including internship) in game design, preferably with shipped titles or prototypes.
