Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to identify a Gallery Manager. You will be the driving force behind the showroom's growth—converting potential leads into loyal clients, building long-term industry relationships, and expanding our market presence. What You'll Do Proactively source, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities and project leads through targeted networking and prospecting. Deeply understand client requirements (from walk-ins to trade professionals) to deliver tailored product solutions, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals. Actively train, motivate, and upscale your showroom team to ensure they hit their targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of all sales activities, forecasts, and client details within our CRM system. Continually build your expertise in our product lines, industry trends, and advanced sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
