Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned galleries across both Art Basel Miami Beach and Art Basel in Basel, guiding them through application, selection, compliance, and participation processes.
Communicate clearly and proactively with galleries on timelines, requirements, and expectations.
Advise galleries on booth planning, presentation strategy, and fair guidelines.
Project Coordination & Execution
Lead operational planning for gallery participation including booth logistics, special orders, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Digital, VIP Relations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal) to deliver aligned solutions and mitigate risks.
