Position Overview
Be a key representative for Headwaters Arts as the Gallery Administrator at Alton Mill Arts Centre. Engage with visitors while managing sales, logistics, and events.
This role reports directly to the Headwaters Arts Gallery Chair and collaborates closely with Board Members and Committee Chairs. You will promote the gallery, process transactions using the Point of Sales System (Square), and maintain systems like Mailchimp. A professional demeanor is essential as you'll represent both Headwaters Arts and Alton Mill Arts Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Headwaters Arts Gallery to visitors and guests
• Process sales and manage inventory using Square system
• Maintain gallery cleanliness and office supplies
