**What will I be doing?**

The Banquet Manager is concerned with the strategic management of the Banquet Department, in line with prescribed Hilton Worldwide and hotel policies and procedures.

+ 宴会・イベント運営全般の管理および品質・サービス向上
+ ゲスト対応（要望・苦情対応、フォローアップ、サービス改善）
+ SOP・サービス基準・安全衛生（OH&S）の遵守と教育
+ スタッフのシフト管理、業務指示、育成・評価
+ キッチン、フロント、ハウスキーピング等、他部署との連携
+ イベント履歴管理、再受注につながる運営サポート
+ チームへの指示・情報共有、定例ミーティング参加
