Position Title: Sales Senior Manager – Sales Operations (Region Sales Director - APAC)
The GaffneyCline Energy Advisory team encompasses all upstream subsurface technical disciplines to support Baker Hughes’ operations in maximizing reservoir value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a mid‑to‑large team of Sales Managers, Technical Sales Managers, and Account Managers.
- Drive new customer engagement and maintain or improve existing relationships.
- Promote the business value propositions of GaffneyCline to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Headquarters and other global sales teams on market intelligence, technical sales, and commercial operations.
- Identify and tag Early Engagement (EE) and Must‑Win (MW) opportunities to ensure visibility to global teams.
