Oversee the day-to-day operations of ICT infrastructure components which comprise servers, hosting, network infrastructure, end-user computing and data centre operations
Manage the appointed Agency Facilities Management contractors and EUCD contractors;
Implement projects within their emplaced practice to ensure service delivery and support to meet the intended availability, continuity and capacity requirements;
Ensure compliance to IM8 policies and ICT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
