As our new Future Talent – Services Sales Specialist you will:
Learn how to manage customer relationships from a services perspective Understand the customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis Learning about account management. Create, implement, and follow up quality and account plans in line with customer and Account teamsLearn how to identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposals, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts Understand internal interfaces of a global company Learn how to support resolution of technical issues and issue management, especially for communication with customers Be an integrated member of the services sales teamWe believe you have
