Rotation Training

During the first twelve months of this comprehensive program, you will gain hands-on experience rotating across some of our different teams: Marketing, Customer Support, Business Development, Recruitment (Recruitable), IT and Operations over 12 months.

The next 12 months will be spent focusing on a specific area of specialisation, where you can master your skills. Upon successful completion of the Future Leaders Program, you will have an opportunity to be offered an Assistant Manager Role within a designated team at Capital Placement.
