**Introduction**
The Fusion Center Leader is responsible for the leadership, performance, and continuous evolution of IBM’s Corporate Security Fusion Center. This role integrates security operations monitoring, tactical intelligence, incident response, crisis coordination, and executive engagement into a unified operating model. Operating in a 24/7 environment, this position ensures threats are proactively identified, analyzed, and managed.

In addition to SOC responsibilities, the position provides secondary, on‑site support for physical security operations at the assigned location, helping maintain asset protection, emergency readiness, and compliance with corporate standards.
