Working as part of our Batch & Furnace team, you will be responsible for ensuring the furnace is operating safely and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensure safe and effective operation of the furnace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Monitor and control furnace temperature, pressure, and other critical parameters.Track and analyse furnace performance data, identifying trends and anomalies.Take prompt corrective actions to address any operational issues or deviations from standard procedures.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding furnace status and any concerns.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all actions taken, including maintenance activities and operational adjustments.Conduct regular inspections of furnace equipment and associated systems to identify potential problems.Perform routine maintenance t...
