About the Role
Based in Tewantin, the Location Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and commercial performance of the funeral home. This is a hands-on management role requiring both operational oversight and community presence. You will lead a small team, ensure facilities and chapels are maintained to the highest standard, manage rosters and on-call requirements, and oversee financial performance including volume targets and KPIs. From time to time, you may also be required to attend deceased persons, supporting the team when needed. This role suits a mature, grounded leader with strong people skills and sound commercial judgement.
