The work will involve a broad range of private funds formation and structuring work acting for broad range of clients including institutional, SWF, global corporations etc.

There is an interest in a Common Law qualified lawyer 5 pqe + coming from a private funds background and experience gained at a Legal500 law firm in the UAE, London, Sydney, Cayman Islands etc.
