An international law firm is looking to hire a junior associate to join their Funds team. You will be working on all aspects of Funds, from drafting and negotiations, to providing regulatory advice, to working with fund managers and investors. It is a very collegiate team with a warm environment, and the partner has a passion for mentoring young lawyers to help them succeed.

Requirements:

• Strong Academics
• SG Qualified, 1-2 PQE
• Prior experience with Funds (Fund Formation, Fund Regulatory, downstream VC work etc) is essential
• Excellent drafting and research skills
