The Fundraising and Volunteer Database Manager will lead on the effective management and development of our fundraising and volunteer databases, ensuring accurate data, smooth integrations and high-quality reporting. The post holder will be responsible for the effective processing of all fundraising data, working with Fundraising and Marketing to enable accurate and appropriate communications with supporters and volunteers, helping to attract, retain and maximise support and deliver excellent supporter experiences.
You will lead on database management, ensuring smooth data processing, cleansing and housekeeping, and oversee system integrations that connect the CRM with donation platforms, the website and finance systems.
