The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in São Paulo. This is a critical role in our firm's infrastructure, demanding both technical rigor and strong operational ownership.
You will be a key member of our back-office team, working directly with the CFO and senior partners to ensure the efficiency, compliance, and scalability of our fund's operations. You will own the engine room of an international investment fund — managing offshore structures, investor relations, financial controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
This role offers significant exposure to the full lifecycle of a growth-stage VC fund and direct interaction with world-class financial service providers. Key Responsibilities
