Kaizen Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded property investment management business seeking a commercially minded Fund Manager to join their Melbourne-based team.

This position sits at the intersection of asset management, investor relations and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will support the operation and performance of a portfolio of managed property trusts, working closely with internal property, leasing, finance and distribution teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for investors and stakeholders.

• Lead the performance of managed property trusts, including asset performance, capital management, budgeting and reporting
