$110K – $150K + bonus

Direct exposure to GP entities, carry, and management company operations


This isn’t your typical fund accounting seat.

You’ll be working directly on:

+ GP allocations + deal-by-deal carried interest waterfalls

+ Tracking carry, clawbacks, and distributions

+ Supporting management company financials, budgeting, and forecasting

+ Owning GL, intercompany activity, and operational accounting

+ Partnering with CFO, tax advisors, and auditors
