We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Fund Accountant with strong expertise in GP and Private Credit fund accounting to manage financial reporting, NAV calculations, and end-to-end fund operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete books and records for GP accounting and private credit funds
Account for management fees, carried interest, incentive allocations, and distributions
Perform NAV calculations, including accruals, valuations, and income recognition
Record and reconcile loan investments, including interest income, amortization, and PIK income
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
Reconcile bank accounts, investment sub-ledgers, and capital accounts
Prepare investor statements and management reports
Support audits, regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc management requests<...
