We are seeking a Functional Skills Teacher who can create an engaging and inspirational learning environment with high expectations for learner achievement, success, and progression. The role involves planning, preparing, and delivering Functional Skills qualifications from Entry Level through to Level 2, ensuring teaching is informed by current subject knowledge and curriculum requirements.

You will promote inclusive learning, encourage participation, and support learners to reach their potential through effective teaching and behaviour management strategies. Maintaining a positive, safe, and structured learning environment and supporting student wellbeing are key aspects of the role.
