Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Functional Skills lessons in Maths and/or English (Entry Level to Level 2)Assess learner needs and tailor sessions to support individual progressTrack and monitor student performance, providing feedback and supportPrepare learners for exams and ensure they build confidence in core skillsMaintain accurate records in line with organisational and awarding body requirementsFoster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment Requirements:
Experience teaching or tutoring Functional Skills, GCSE, or equivalentRelevant teaching or training qualification ( PGCE, Cert Ed, Level 3 AET or above)Strong subject knowledge in Maths and/or EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage and motivate learners with diverse needs<...
