We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Functional Product Owner to lead the Reporting & Insights solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Reporting & Insights solution within the Foundations tower.
• Define and prioritize reporting capabilities, operational dashboards, real‑time monitoring views and analytical use cases.
• Translate business and operational needs into functional definitions, user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with country programs to understand operational needs, identify reusable global capabilities, and evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and stakeholder management.
• Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira.
