As a Functional IGA Specialist, you will help improve and future-proofAlliander’sauthorisationmodel. Youanalyserole structures,identifyrisks and inconsistencies, and translate complex IAM insights into practical improvements that role owners can understand and apply. In this way, you help ensure that employees always have the right access rights: not too many, not too few.
Your role will involve:
Analysingthe currentauthorisationmodel andidentifyingimprovement opportunities based on risks, duplication,inconsistenciesandorganisationalchange.
Translating your findings into concrete improvement proposals for role owners and other stakeholders, balancing risk,usabilityand manageability.
Engaging with role owners, product teams and security to explain choices, support decision-makingand build alignment.
