We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to deliver sophisticated investment modelling solutions for the real estate industry. In this role, you will partner closely with clients to configure and implement software that supports financial forecasting, valuations, and portfolio optimisation. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex property investment strategies into effective, scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.
