Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management • Support Business Unit specialists and senior analysts in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements. • Assist in analysing current ('as is') and future state ('to be') business and operational processes. • Document functional and non functional requirements using approved templates and standards. • Maintain requirement artefacts and support traceability across the project lifecycle. • Assist in assessing the impact of change requests on scope, timelines, and delivery.
