Position Description: Under the direction of the Natural Resources Superintendent, the Site Development Foreman serves as the lead equipment operator for in-house site development projects and coordinates the planning, execution, and completion of assigned work. This position provides day-to-day leadership to site development staff and supports the safe, efficient, and compliant completion of construction, trail, drainage, grading, and related park improvement projects.
