Responsibilities - Greet and welcome clients to the outlet
- Answer incoming queries and provide customer service support
- Maintain good customer relations
- Serve and attend to clients
- Provide basic and accurate promotions reception duties such as photocopying or in relation to company supplies
- Perform other clerical duties
- Perform counter duties such as POS system and cashiering
- Upsell promotions and membership program
- Speak conversational English and competent writing skills
- Good telephone communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and provide good customer service attitude
- Skills in Office Management tools are a plus
