What you’ll do:
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This position plays a key role in providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to our guests. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure optimal medication management and patient outcomes.
Provide safe, courteous, efficient and customer-focused service in our Pharmacy Department. Provide patient focused services such as injections, medication reviews, and minor ailment prescribing to maximize patient care. Provide professional advice and counselling on prescription and OTC medications including indications, dosage, adverse effects, and drug interactions. Provides feedback, guidance and/or training to more junior Team Members in the achievement of work/project goals/objectives.May provide input into change initiatives based on knowledge of current processes/procedures/ practices within the unit.<...
