**Signing Bonus:**

You will also receive a one-time signing bonus in the amount of $5,000.00, payable upon your commencement of employment. The amount will be paid as soon as administratively possible, not to exceed thirty (30) days post hire.

The signing bonus is taxable income and will be reduced for required withholding taxes. In the event that you voluntarily separate from Walmart or are terminated for a violation of Walmart's Code of Conduct within the first year (12 months) of your employment, you will be responsible for the full repayment of your signing bonus.
