Position Overview
Principal Accountabilities Teach Marketing modules across academic programmes and short courses at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels and contribute to teaching in at least one other business discipline (e.g., Management, Communication or Human Resource Management).
Undertake the roles of Programme Leader and Module Leader across various programmes, as assigned.
Ensure teaching, assessment and academic delivery are aligned with institutional quality assurance frameworks and university partner requirements.
Teaching & Learning Take on the role as the Programme Leader and Module Leader as assigned.
Manage the team of associate lecturers including lecture induction, class observations and conduct staff development seminars.
Design and develop high quality curriculum and course materials within the existing academic framework.
