This role is essential for guiding women and non-binary individuals through their employment challenges. You will conduct regular team briefings, provide feedback, and help create an encouraging work environment. Collaborating with various teams ensures that the Women's Track Program and cleaning services are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise teams for scheduled service completions
• Drive associates to job sites as needed
• Train associates in safe work practices
• Report on attendance and projects' progress
• Identify opportunities for improving engagement rates
Requirements:
• Clean driver’s abstract and Class 5 Driver’s License
• Complete a Vulnerable Sector Background Check
• Report to work at 7:30 a.m.
