About the role

Wallis Entertainment is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at our popular restaurant in Mount Barker, South Australia. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers by assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation
2. Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and implementation of new culinary concepts
3. Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
