Position Overview
Eureka! seeks a proactive Assistant Director to collaborate directly with the Director. This full-time role emphasizes grant writing, staffing, and curriculum oversight from May through August.
The Assistant Director will gain hands-on experience preparing for the Director’s role while supervising staff and managing workshops. From January to April, you’ll work part-time focusing on preparations, which include writing grant proposals, scheduling workshops, and hiring summer staff. During peak months, you’ll engage in fundraising, marketing, and problem-solving with campers and parents.
