Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focusedAssistant Account Manager to support our growing events team. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal team, assisting in the planning and execution of various eventsβfrom intimate weddings to large-scale corporate celebrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Manager in handling client communications and day-to-day coordination
- Attend client meetings, take minutes, and follow through on assigned action items
- Help manage timelines, budgets, supplier bookings, and event documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules
