We're seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer / Technical Lead to take ownership of the entire product journey—from concept and architecture through to MVP launch and scale.

This is not a traditional development role. You'll be the technical driving force behind a next-generation digital human platform, integrating large language models, voice technology, and avatar systems into a seamless real-time experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Architecting and owning the complete technology stack
• Integrating LLMs, avatar platforms, voice technologies, and front-end applications
• Building and optimising conversational AI using prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and guardrails
