Position Overview
The B2B – Full Cycle Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting, through to product presentation, closing, onboarding and post-sale follow-up. The role requires a confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Purpose of the Role
- Present and position products or services effectively to prospective customers.
- Provide accurate product information and solutions to individual customer/business needs.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Prepare and present proposals or quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
- Secure signed agreements and convert leads into sales.
Customer Onboarding
- Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful activation.
