Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a business in San Jose, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can independently manage core accounting activities, maintain accurate records, and keep financial processes running smoothly. The right candidate will bring strong QuickBooks expertise along with a hands-on approach to payables, receivables, and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping functions to ensure financial records are current, organized, and accurate
• Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and monitor outgoing transactions to support efficient accounts payable operations
