Robert Half is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper for a company in San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can oversee the full cycle of bookkeeping functions, maintain accurate financial records, and support daily accounting operations. The right candidate will be hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounting responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
+ Maintain and balance the general ledger
+ Prepare and post journal entries
+ Process invoices, payments, and collections in a timely manner
+ Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
