We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support a small law office on a part-time basis. This position oversees day-to-day financial activity, helping maintain accurate records across billing, payables, receivables, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, handles sensitive financial information with discretion, and brings strong bookkeeping experience in a services environment.
Responsibilities:
• Record and classify financial activity on a consistent basis to keep the firm’s books current and accurate.
• Oversee outgoing payments by processing vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and routine check disbursements.
• Support incoming revenue processes by entering client billing details, applying payments, and monitoring unpaid balances.
