A well established construction company for over 38 years in San Antonio (Outside Alamo Ranch Area) is looking to add to our Office team. We will train the right fit for this position. There will be a variety of duties and tasks including, full charge bookkeeper, customer service for walk in customers, managing phone calls, excellent verbal communication skills, packaging orders, estimating and invoicing, A/R & A/P with QuickBooks desk top experience. Background in construction is helpful as well as social media skills.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping in Quick Books, A/R, A/P, customer service and other tasks.
