Position Overview

 Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a market leading innovative FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Fulfilment Team Leader to join their vibrant and growing team based in Worksop.
 Salary: up to £45,000
 Shifts: Continental Shifts -12 hour days
 Reporting into the Fulfilment Manager, the Fulfilment Team Leader will support the daily operations to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
 This is a perfect role for an experienced Fulfilment Team Leader who is passionate about promoting a people-focused culture with a drive to develop yourself and your team.
 Duties of the Fulfilment Team Leader include:
 Holding your team accountable for delivery of customer orders
 Provide coaching, support and supervision to the fulfilment team 
 Monitor and improve your team's performance whilst identifying and actioning training needs
 Drive continuous improvements and problem-solving initiatives
