This position is responsible for attending to all consumer lending customers’ post-booking needs and ensuring that necessary controls are set and being observed and operational risks are properly identified, reported and monitored in accordance with the regulatory and Bank policies.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates with customers and liaises with various units of the Bank to bring requests to closure and issues to resolution within the agreed and acceptable turn-around time.
Prepares Inter-Officer Letter (IOL) / Offering Ticket (OT) based on customer’s request with formal recommendation.
Renders decision on specific requests based on the approved delegated authority.
Provides effective solutions on complex problems involving existing customers.
Regularly reports performance quality to management / concerned units.
