GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Facilitate and enhance customer experience of the retail location and ensure customer service standards are met. Coordinate the customer service team and solve problems in the absence of Dispensary Manager. Coordinate communication and information among staff. Protect dispensary assets.
