Summary
This individual is responsible for managing the overall flow and operations during a scheduled shift at the café, while delivering excellent customer service when interacting with customers. Responsibilities
Effectively lead a shift and provide direction to staff to ensure operations run smoothly Monitor breaks ensuring that they are running according to schedule and legal requirements Monitor food quality and operations in back of house Take the lead in ordering, stocking and replenishing items needed for service Attend to customers and exhibit excellent customer service skills Ensure DOH compliance and occupational health and safety compliance is met at all times Exercise authority to manage hours of café staff based on the business Escalate issues to Store Manager when necessary Assist with banking and cashing out for each shift Perform other duties as necessary
