About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business and Data Analyst to support delivery of a next-generation core system modernisation with downstream applications and systems across different business segments ( Retail, SME, and Commercial).
This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery by capturing and validating business requirements and ensuring data readiness, quality, and lineage throughout the transformation lifecycle.
You will work closely with stakeholders from business, IT, data, and vendor teams to define requirements, validate solutions, analyse data structures, and support migration, integration, and reporting activities.
