Candidates interested in teaching FSL with UCDSB will have a French Proficiency Assessment as part of the hiring process. Candidates will still apply directly to postings however, by completing this application our French Proficiency Assessment Team will schedule a French Assessment with you and the results will be stored centrally which helps streamline the recruitment process should you be selected for an interview. This is not a requirement for permanent FSL qualified teachers who are applying for a transfer or are on the recall list. Here’s information about the language proficiency process: You’ll need a laptop/iPad/desktop computer as opposed to a phone and will keep your camera on during the assessment.
