• Manage and monitor the auto loan frontend collections portfolio to minimise delinquency.
• Conduct regular customer follow‑ups via calls/visits for overdue instalments.
• Ensure adherence to collection processes, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for escalations and settlement approvals.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
