Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the auto loan frontend collections portfolio to minimise delinquency.
Conduct regular customer follow‑ups via calls/visits for overdue instalments.
Ensure adherence to collection processes, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for escalations and settlement approvals.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with collection actions taken.
Support in improving recovery strategies and enhancing customer experience.
