Position Overview Ensures guests have a smooth running and seamless stay at the hotel. As the Front Office Supervisor, one should act as the bridge between the front and the back office. While coordinating the operation, you will also ensure that all guests experience a fantastic stay. Additionally, supervising the front desk staff during shifts, monitors service delivery and escalates operational issues to the Front Office Manager or Rooms Division Manager as required. Requirements Matric / Grade 12 Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office Supervisor or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelorβs degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
