Position Overview
JOB DETAILS
1-Greet, communicate and welcome guests.
2-Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed to concerned department.
3-Receive letters, couriers, packages & send them to appropriate destination.
4-Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
5-Monitor office supplies in liaison with Admin Manager.
6-Vendor management, Courier Management, Stationery management on weekly, monthly basis.
7-Collecting Quotes, Negotiations, Bills follow ups, tracking of payments etc.
8-Processing bills (Stationery, Courier, Water, Petrol, Diesel & others)
9-Documenting of all the bills in discussion with Admin Manager.
